Terms of Service

Three to Travel ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by OceanWeb Technologies s. r. o., registered in Slovakia (Reg. No. 54805317, VAT ID SK2121793344), with registered office at Jána Hollého 738/99, 071 01 Michalovce, Slovakia.

Three to Travel is a travel networking application that helps users find travel companions, plan trips together, share travel events, and connect with other travelers. The service is provided as-is and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Three to Travel. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

Trips, photos, messages, and any content you submit remain yours. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the service. You are responsible for what you post; do not upload content you don't have rights to.

Don't use Three to Travel to harass, defraud, or endanger other users. No spam, no impersonation, no illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We are a discovery and planning tool. We do not screen, vet, or guarantee the conduct of any user, nor the safety of any trip or destination. Use the same judgement you'd apply to meeting anyone online: take precautions, share details with someone you trust, and trust your instincts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero for the free tier).

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
