Account data (email, name, profile photo). Travel data you choose to share (trips, interests, countries, airports, languages). Connections (people you follow / who follow you). Chat messages. Device data (FCM token for push notifications). Usage analytics (with your consent — see "Cookies" below). Approximate location, only if you enable nearby-trip notifications.

To provide the core service (matching trips, sending notifications, enabling chat). To improve the product (analytics, with your consent). To send transactional and notification emails. We do not sell your data to anyone.

On 3tot.app we use cookies in three categories: strictly necessary (always on — required for the site to work), analytics (Google Analytics — only if you consent), and marketing (Facebook Pixel — only if you consent). You can change your choice at any time via the cookie preferences link in the footer. The mobile app does not use web cookies; it uses Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for push and Firebase Analytics for usage data, both gated by your in-app preferences.

We share data with sub-processors who help us run the service: hosting (our VPS provider), email delivery (SMTP provider), push delivery (Firebase / Google), analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Meta / Facebook). All are bound by data-processing agreements compliant with EU GDPR.

Some of our sub-processors are based outside the EU/EEA (notably Google and Meta). Those transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus a short cooldown period after deletion (to protect against accidental deletes and to comply with legal retention obligations). You can delete your account from within the app at any time; we will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified request, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Under EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). Email info@3tot.app to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.

Three to Travel is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
